We take great care in inspecting and packing each piece of our Kurti collection before dispatch. However, in rare instances where an issue arises, the following policy applies:

📦 Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for items in the Kurti category under any circumstances.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@tejoraa.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear images of the defect
    • Brief description of the issue

📏 Sizing & Tolerance

  • Please note that a 2 to 4 inch variation in measurements is considered acceptable due to the natural behavior of fabric (e.g., slight shrinkage post-wash or tailoring inconsistencies).
  • These minor discrepancies can typically be corrected by washing or minimal alterations and do not qualify for an exchange.
  • If the deviation is significantly beyond this range, and the item is unworn and unused, we will assess your case for a possible exchange.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • In the case of approved exchanges, shipping charges for returning the original product and dispatching the replacement will be borne by the customer.

👧 Girls Ethnic Wear

Our Girls Ethnic Wear collection is carefully designed for style, comfort, and quality. Given the delicate nature of these items, our policy is as follows:

  • We do not accept returns on any products in the Girls Ethnic Wear category.

🔄 Exchanges (Applicable Only for Defective Items)

  • Exchange requests will only be considered if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • To request an exchange, customers must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@tejoraa.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photographs of the damaged or defective item
    • A short explanation of the issue

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs associated with an exchange (both to return and re-ship the item) are the responsibility of the customer.

💡 Additional Notes

  • All exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Tejoraa reserves the right to approve or decline exchange claims depending on product condition, time of request, and validity of the defect.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for exchange.
