📦 Returns
- Returns are not accepted for items in the Kurti category under any circumstances.
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered only in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@tejoraa.com with:
- Order number
- Clear images of the defect
- Brief description of the issue
📏 Sizing & Tolerance
- Please note that a 2 to 4 inch variation in measurements is considered acceptable due to the natural behavior of fabric (e.g., slight shrinkage post-wash or tailoring inconsistencies).
- These minor discrepancies can typically be corrected by washing or minimal alterations and do not qualify for an exchange.
- If the deviation is significantly beyond this range, and the item is unworn and unused, we will assess your case for a possible exchange.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- In the case of approved exchanges, shipping charges for returning the original product and dispatching the replacement will be borne by the customer.
